Accessing and updating information associated with your account

This article tells you how you can access and update information associated with your account.

Much of the data that we store about our members is easily accessible by logging into your account in a browser and clicking on the Account option.

Account Page Information

The Account page gives you access to information such as:

Account Information - account owner information such as email and phone number.
Notification Settings - communication preferences and alerts.
Privacy and Data Settings - advertising and promotional communication settings.
Payment and Billing Information - payment methods and billing history.
Profiles - playback preferences and profile details.
Content Interaction History - viewing activity and ratings history.
Access & Device Information - recently active devices on your account.

You can edit the following personal information through your account page:

You can also update your password, notification settings, and manage viewing activity preferences.

You may contact customer support for help changing sensitive information such as name, email address, payment method, and password.

Verification may be required before any changes are made to your account.

Access is generally available to approved media professionals, journalists, and partners who require official Netflix resources.

Please ensure you are logged into the correct account and that your access request has been approved.

Use the Forgot Password option available on the login page to reset your password securely.

Applications are reviewed manually and approval may take some time depending on verification requirements.
